High performance ZnO base sputtering target material industrialization project

On September 22, 2012 in the afternoon, "science and technology of China business plan competition 2012" prize-giving ceremony was held in the innovation of ningbo port, ningbo material technology and engineering research institute, Chinese academy of sciences of "high-performance ZnO based sputtering target material industrialization project" won "the sea" award.

"High-performance ZnO based sputtering target material industrialization" project aims at providing a flat display, thin film solar cells, building performance of coated glass, and other fields to provide quality ZnO magnetron sputtering target materials, help to solve the problem of heavily reliant on imports of the like domestic product. Ningbo institute of material technology and engineering for 5 years research and development, created a controllable synthesis of nanometer powders from raw material to the large size of target and the integrated application of technology of dense sintering molding line, product technology has four authorized invention patent, forming the core intellectual property rights. After the trial on the production line, the main performance indexes have reached or exceeded the international advanced level. The product will form core competitiveness in terms of performance, price and patents.

The "China science and technology entrepreneurship program competition", jointly sponsored by the ministry of science and technology and the government of ningbo, has organized 11 sessions so far and has a high impact on domestic science and technology innovation and investment. In April, the company organized 11 project teams to participate in the competition. After the preliminary preliminary selection, nine projects entered the review session, which showed the strong technological innovation strength of ningbo materials.
